ABOUT
Mike Avitabile is an American author.
​
Born and raised in New England, he moved to Los Angeles at 22. He has held over 30 different jobs in his life, from deli slicer to Emmy Award-winning editor. He lowkey thinks this makes him interesting.
He is the author of three novels currently in print — Two Star Hotel, the critically acclaimed 2018 novel The Whale in the Cave, his 2013 literary debut A Rum Truck - as well as two children's book adaptations.
He currently lives in Santa Monica, California.
